The raffle is sponsored by WeShape Wellness, Inc. (“Sponsor” or “WeShape”), located at PO Box 1420, Santa Cruz, California 95060.

ELIGIBILITY

The Lower Body Fix Masterclass Raffle (the "Raffle") is open to participants worldwide who are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in their respective countries/jurisdictions of permanent residence at the time of entry, whichever is older. Employees, officers, and directors of WeShape and other companies associated with the promotion of the Raffle, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible to enter or win. WeShape reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winners. The Raffle is subject to applicable laws and regulations.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES

Participation in the Raffle constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.

RAFFLE PERIOD

The Raffle begins on August 16th, 2024, and ends at 03:29:59 PM PST on August 21st, 2024 (the "Raffle Period"). Entries that are submitted before or after the Raffle Period will be disqualified.

HOW TO ENTER

To enter, participants must refer friends to join the Lower Body Fix Masterclass scheduled for August 21st, 2024. You will receive one (1) raffle ticket for each person you refer who successfully registers for the masterclass. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can submit; however, duplicate referrals will not be counted.

Please note, there is a maximum limit of twenty (20) raffle tickets that a participant can earn. While participants are encouraged to continue referring friends beyond this threshold, no additional raffle tickets will be awarded after the twentieth (20th) qualifying referral.

HOW TO WIN

To be eligible for the prize, your attendance of the Live Masterclass on August 21st, 2024, is not required. However, the winner will be announced during the live event. The winner will be selected at random using a reliable software tool, such as ChatGPT, to ensure fairness in the selection process.

The winner will receive:

The coaching call must be scheduled between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM PST on a weekday.

FAIR PLAY

Any attempt to manipulate or cheat the system will result in disqualification, and your raffle tickets may be discounted or removed entirely.

WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be notified by email or phone on or about August 22nd, 2024. The winner must respond within five (5) days of the notification to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within the required time period, or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Raffle is impaired in any way for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, or other technical problem, or in the event the Raffle is unable to run as planned for any other reason, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either (a) suspend the Raffle to address the impairment and then resume the Raffle in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules or (b) terminate the Raffle and, in the event of termination, award the prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment.

The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Raffle or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Raffle may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages (including attorney's fees) and any other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

By participating in the Raffle, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, other companies associated with the Raffle, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents (the Released Parties) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Raffle or receipt or use of the prizes, including, but not limited to: (a) any technical errors associated with the Raffle, (b) unauthorized human intervention in the Raffle, (c) mechanical, network, electronic, computer, human, printing or typographical errors, (d) any other errors or problems in connection with the Raffle, and (e) injury, death, losses, or damages of any kind, to persons or property, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrants' participation in the Raffle or acceptance, receipt, or misuse of the prize.
