"It's Monday 15 May, 11.45 a.m in India. Yesterday I decided to walk to my place of worship instead of driving, it's only a mile though. I felt that my gait was so much more lighter, balanced and less achy. I can't believe it's all because of the 4 workouts that weshape had designed for me which I had done in past week. Thankyou team weshape!"

"Today I was sitting at my desk, lifted my right leg over to my left, worked a bit, then I lifted my left leg to my right....I kept working..then paused....I realized I didn't need to help my left leg up. I push my chair back, put down my left leg...and then popped it up on my right leg. It's those subtle dailv movements vou do. that take a bit to sink when when vou think "I was not able to do that before" Thanks We Shapel"

"Whew! WeShape is revealing how out of shape I got... the pandemic was the start of the downfall to not working out and weight gain @ through diet alone I've lost 65 percent of what aained…. now time to MOVE to achieve the final 35 percent! Great workouts to ease me push me back into it! Thank vou!"
